I don’t buy many premiums these days to keep a small collection, but I wanted these because the art felt true to form with the movies. Instead they stripped out the LOTR unique beauty and replaced it with paint by numbers elementary school felt shapes.
 

I can’t describe how disappointing this is and it’s by far some of the worst art I’ve ever seen on a UHD release.

IMORTANT FAC & BLACK BARONS GB UPDATE

 

I posted early that we would have an update on how we run the FAC & Black Barons GBs in the future.

 

As many will remember for different reasons (which I don't want to go through again), we often had problems with these GBs. As they are very small by Media Psychos standards, we simply can no longer invest as much time for them as we did in the past.

 

As the interested from UK and European members has gone down significantly, up to the point where it is almost non existent we have decided to concentrate on the USA for Filmarena in the future.

 

What does this mean?

 

For the UK we will only continue to offer the editions to the two Platinum Number members @ukade2327 and @Mac Hadfield. You will have to continue to take every release and can't skip any.

There will be no additional copies available for UK members.

 

For France/Europe I was planning with 1 Platinum Number member, sadly that member has not fulffiled his obligations towards MP and is no longer with us. This means that we might have 1 copy of the releases available in the future, but most likely that will be dropped soon.

 

Asia is at the moment like it has been in the last few month, we might have 1 spare copy of the releases available or not.

 

USA will now have more copies available, so chances for USA members will increase, as almost every number we have is now allocated to the USA. Anyway FAC has still given us the condition that we have to order all numbers for every releases, that means if the USA members don't oder enough we will lose some numbers and will have less on the next releases. 

 

Thanks to everyone that helped me in the past to move the editions on the different HUBs, sadly we ended up at this point anyway, but that is okay.

 

This change does not affect any of the previous GBs, only the new GBs we will have.

 

Later today we will launch the GB for BLACK BARONS #31 THE CONJURING: The Devil Made Me Do It, BLACK BARONS #32 A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, FAC #172 Cry Macho, FAC #173 The Little Things & FAC #174 The Shawshank Redemption.

I email Manta every month about the trinkets. And every month, I’m told they’ll be available in just one more month. 
 

I assume it’s too late, but is there any way to switch my single slip request from a DL to SL?

So when you have an entire shelf full of slips from all these retailers and then I randomly put one super tall slip from this on their it’s going to stand out and look bad

On the flip side, @Intentcoinif it’s too large, it could send shali into another death spiral.

Anyway, went with the fullslip despite my initial inclination to go with the DL. I love the DL back image but that front has been featured ad nauseam on many releases already and I like that both steel and fullslip are white AND framed.
