sorry, dass ich dich störe und anspreche, weil es um einen Online-Einkauf auf hdzeta.com geht, den ich Anfang September getätigt habe. Ich bekomme von Hdzeta keine Rückmeldung, habe bezahlt und warte endlich darauf, dass meine Bestellung (2xThe Girl in the Spider' Web(4K)HDzeta Silver Label Lenticuar---B). losgeschickt wird. Aber es passiert gar nichts. Status wie gehabt: "Paid". Ich habe schon ein paar Mails an service@hdzeta.com geschrieben, jedoch bekomme ich keine Antwort. Hast du evtl. eine Idee, wie ich Kontakt mit Hdzeta aufnehmen könnte. Ich befürchte, ich bekomme weder meine Ware, geschweige denn mein Geld zurück. Ich habe ja schon öfter bei denen online bestellt und immer meine Bestellung erhalten. Nur diesmal nicht.

Entschuldige, dass ich dich damit belästige, aber denke, dass du evtl. der einzige bist, der mit Hdzeta in Kontakt treten könnte?

Hi,

my edition probably has a small crack on the upper front of the fullslip karton. the foil is still there and has no damage. Can you ask manta lab if there is a replacement? I know the edition is sold out, but ask does not cost anything. ?
